- As of today, it is not possible to cancel a Deezer Premium trial! This is because you must automatically pay for the service if it “shows up on your credit card statement.”
How to CANCEL DEEZER ACCOUNT?
You have 2 (two) methods on how to cancel your Deezer account: 1. Go to https://www.deezer.com/ and click the “LOG IN” button or 2. Use the log in page and go directly to https://accounts.deezer.com
This will display a popup window, saying that if you are still within your 14 day trial or plan period, it may take up to 72 hours for your account to be canceled. Then click CONTINUE: This will take you to a page that displays your account information. Click the CANCEL ACCOUNT link on this page:
Click on SEND. This should now cancel your Deezer account permanently. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the cancellation of your account application to be processed by Deezer Customer Service Department. You can login back into your Deezer account after 72 hours and see if its already canceled. If not then try waiting 24 more hours (total of 96 if you still haven’t seen the cancellation of your account then please submit a ticket (instructions below). This is a manual process.
Fill out the form and click SUBMIT when done. Please be patient, this will take time for them to respond to your inquiry or query so please wait at least 24 hours before submitting another ticket if you have not heard from their agents yet. I highly suggest doing this though as they are usually quick in responding (this goes for canceling a premium account too). PHOTO 4: Is where you can select the type of Deezer customer service ticket that you need help with first, then select what type of question / issue it is that you need help with.
You are also required to enter your Deezer email address and password here if you want them to be able to provide a more detailed answer / solution for your inquiry or query. Also, please make sure that your question / issue is clear, concise, and relevant – so they can give you a satisfactory response in the fastest time possible. I am mentioning this because I submitted 2 tickets (more than 24 hours ago now) about my account being canceled but not yet canceled completely as of this writing even thought it should have been cancel already based on the information I provided in my first ticket, and I haven’t heard back from their agents yet (as of this writing.
If you’ve subscribed to the app through Google Play, go to play.google.com and sign in with your account
On the left, click My Subscriptions
Scroll down until you find the subscription you want to cancel (since subscriptions can be linked by family members)
Click on “Manage” and then “Cancel Subscription”
To delete your account, log in to https://www.deezer.com with your web browser and follow these steps:
Click on the menu button in the top left corner of the screen where you will see a list of options including “Account Settings” at the very bottom.
Scroll down to “Delete my Account.” Click on that option, enter your password, then click Delete My Account again – this will confirm that you want to delete everything from your account including any music stored within it for good.
You might not be able to cancel a subscription if you’re already logged into Deezer Free.
Have a word with yourself and then make your way over to “help tab” and “submit a request”. When the window opens, type in your email address into the text field. In the subject box, write that you want to submit a Refund
If you cancel your membership, any music you’ve downloaded to your device will stop working. You’ll keep all of the playlists and tracks stored in My Music though. Any changes to your account (canceling or activating) will revert it back to Deezer Free status.
