- To delete your Pokémon.com account: Log in to your Pokemon Trainer Club account at www.pokemon.com and click Delete My Account on the bottom of the Profile page screen.
We want to make sure that you’re comfortable and confident with your Pokemon GO account settings. That’s why we provide the option for players to delete their accounts from within the game itself if they so choose. Here is how:
– Open Settings on your iOS or Android device and select “Delete Account” at the bottom of your profile screen. Select “Yes” when prompted, then enter a password before proceeding. You will not be able to recover this information later, so please take care in what you enter!
– This will permanently remove your account from our system. Be careful as there are no refunds available after completing this process – but all progress made up until now should remain intact (such as gym battles and items).
– Once you submit the request, your account will be deleted from our system. Note that we cannot undo this process at any point in the future. This is why it’s important to carefully review all of your settings before deleting an account. Be sure to save anything else you would like to keep for safekeeping!
Tap the Poké Ball menu.
Remove Pokémon by tap → remove button, then confirm removal.
If your home subscription lapses, you will be unable to access the game and all of its features. You’ll lose custody of any non-premium Pokémon in your account, but they’ll remain unharmed. Non-premium Pokémon Home subscribers are only allowed to access one box (containing 30 members) at a time.
Pokémon Home will require Pokémon Bank to download 3DS games.
