- To delete a Gmail account.

How to Delete Google Account Permanently on Android.
Go to the Google Account Settings page. Select your account, then click Delete Account or Delete Services. To delete your account, go to Manage Your Content and Devices after signing in to your Gmail account. Your Gmail address and Google account are essentially the same things. A new email address would be a completely new and unique account. You may establish a new account and try to move your data from the old one, but not all data in a Google account can be migrated.
