- To unsubscribe from Imo.
- Open the app and tap on ‘Settings’.
- In the upper right corner.
- Choose ‘Delete Account’ in the lower left corner and enter your phone number to confirm deletion of account.
- Result: Your imo subscription has been cancelled.
Follow the steps below:

What if I need to skip a day or two?
You can’t log in on the days you have chosen. You are also able to tap Report Days Missed on the first tab of your chart to be marked as absent and not receive points. Points will begin accumulating again from the following day onwards. Please bear in mind that this feature is only available once per account, per school year. For example, if you miss 2 days, you may use this function twice (i.e.: missing 3 days total). It works differently for special holidays too so please contact us with any questions! That’s it! Your absence has now been reported securely through IMO Health.
How is my child’s absence recorded?
If your child is signed in to IMO with their P-CARD, the system does not need you to report days missed as it will be done automatically. If your child forgets his/her P-CARD at home or loses it, he/she may login using another device and then mark themselves as absent by following the steps below: 1. Tap the 3 horizontal lines > Settings > Report Days Missed . This feature works differently for special holidays too so please contact us with any questions! That’s it! Your absence has now been reported securely through IMO Health.
IMPORTANT: For security reasons, we strongly advise parents NOT to use this function to “switch off” their children for a few days during examination weeks. Your child’s learning and growth is more important than any exam and we want parents to trust the system when it comes to managing absences.

How can I logout of IMO on other devices?
Go to Settings > General > Logout.If you want to log out of your account on any device without having to go through the process above, just delete your account by tapping on the ‘Delete’ icon in your Main Menu screen and then tap on ‘Yes’ when asked if you’re sure.
How can I add chats or contacts from other IMO accounts?
You can follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Launch the another user’s #hashtag page (for example, @me) and click on “Path” to get a list of users with whom you share common connections. Then hit Interconnections > Path/Flow button. This will show all possible groups for interconnection.
Step 2: Click on the group tile which you want to join.
Step 3: You will be shown all the possible ways of joining this group (by tapping your existing contacts or by adding new ones). Choose a contact, and tap Add to finish the process.
Yes, it does! Though we’ve not yet built any user interface for this feature yet, but you can communicate with friends securely using E2EE feature. Open Direct Chat with one another, choose Secret Chat Mode and then start sending messages without worrying about anything else :).
How do I create a group chat? Who can join a group chat?
Open up the Chat screen by tapping on a user’s #hashtag or username. To create a group with just that user, tap Create Group button. If you want to add more people, swipe left and select contacts from your contact list (this step is not available for some devices).
You can share images and videos in both private messages and group chats! The easiest way is to click on the camera icon on the top right of your chat window in order to bring up the camera interface. You can also go to Attachments section via Secret Chat Mode button provided at the bottom of each chat window so as to upload files there and send them through messages/group chats.
