- To delete your Adobe account.
- Log in to https://account.adobe.com/privacy.
- In Privacy settings.
- Scroll down to Delete Account and click on the button provided next to it.
- Carefully read over the text details in the screen for instructions before continuing with deletion of your data from our servers.
Open the Credential Manager and remove all certificates starting with “Adobe User” and “Adobe App”.
Restart the app.
To deactivate an app on your computer, acknowledge any popup that appears from the application. Select Help > Deactivate and one of the following options: Suspend Activation or Deactivate App

Resetting your password
On the account sign-in page, enter your email address and select Continue. Select Reset password, then enter the update code sent to you. Choose a new password (2 times), confirm it and reset it.
An Adobe ID is your email address that you use to log in and access various features for the company, such as downloading apps or services.
Install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Click “Edit” from the menu bar at the top of the Adobe Reader window and then click “Preferences.” The following screen will appear:
