- Click cancel my subscription on the account.
- There will be a pop-up confirming you want to terminate your membership.
- And ask if you’d like refunded for remaining weeks of service and says it will take up to 3 billing cycles (which is 120 days) for your request to go through.
- Double check that this is what you want, then click ‘Terminate Membership’.
Visit my.TIDAL.com and log in with your username and password to cancel the membership as needed
From the Tidal app on your browser, click “Log In” to sign in if you’re not already.
Click right below where it says “Your Account” and choose “Manage Subscription.” …Then, click “Subscription.”
On the “Your Subscription” page, click “Cancel my payment plan.”
Find the TIDAL icon on your device then swipe up to select it. A list of options will appear, so click and hold the Uninstall option.
