- If you’re unable to log in.
- Try going to the forgot password page.
- Enter your email address.
- Or phone number.
- And choose reset your password.
To delete your GroupMe account, make sure you click the pencil icon on your profile. You can also select Delete GroupMe Account from the drop-down menu and then confirm by clicking Continue.
To update your phone number, sign in to a web browser and select your avatar (profile picture) on the top right. Click Edit on the left side of your current phone number’s entry box and enter the new digits in the next screen. Then select Submit and follow instructions from that point on.
When you delete your account, any content associated with it will be deleted from the device you’re using. You’ll no longer be able to log in to this account.
